Well according to Helen's column in the Western Mail they managed to solve the yearly problem of your family or mine at Christmas by going on holiday.
"Paul and I spent it (Christmas) in sunny Spain and we had a great time: the weather was warm and we relaxed, enjoyed the break and made the most of the sangria!"
Lucky them. Wonder if they took their pressies with them?
The Paul mentions are getting more frequent - perhaps she realises we all love a bit of P and H info as well as her beauty tips. LOL.

Thanks Busy Bee!
I was thinking we hadn't had the traditional October holiday pics this year.
I wonder if they went to Benidorm? There's lots of glitz and glamour there - and that's just the men!

I wondered when I read that, but then I dismissed it. I am sure they are hoping to leave it until they are 'completely normal' and no-one is interested and Helen is ready to become pregnant which wont happen until they are married. I dont think they realise that until we have confirmation of a happy event we will maintain our interest. Their lives can then be 'put to bed' so to speak living a happy ever after life, leaving us all with a glow in our hearts. Oh my god I'm coming over all romantic again
Extract from Helen's most recent article - re exercise:
And do something that raises your heart rate and brings a flush to your cheeks: that means the blood flow to your skin is staying healthy!
This made me chuckle! Wonder if that includes "stuff"?

You are all very naughty.
BTW Did anyone else see Richard and Judy last night?
I was cringeing with embarassment (not unusual watching Richard) about the calorie measuring sex sessions those two demented couple did during the prog.
I mean, all in the name of science or just 4 sad ******** who literally WOULD do anything to get on TV.
The bloke who responded to the return camera visit with a thumbs up! Yuck.
More than that, both couples burnt up more than 300 cals per person during said session.
Not sure what I manage, certainly nowhere near that, and I think I burn up more calories putting the bedside light off!:bawling:

I saw that, Richard &Judy were hilarious!
I liked -
Judy: I cant say I've ever thought how many calories I burn off!
Richard: Well I went straight to the bathroom afterwards last night and thought wow theres 2000 calories gone!
Judy: And thats pretty good going for 5 seconds!
I think those people wanted to look impressive and they probably found sum way of making the calorie count on the caorie measuring thingy go up!
