im just doing what i usually do lol,get up,open presents,eat,drink and be merry lol

What I do is I get up then have a cuppa and then about 10am I get a phone call from my sisters kids to wish merry me christmas then they say are you coming up aunty Ann to see my presants and I just go up there for an hour then I come home and get my dinner cooking the relax after that lol:cheer2::cheer2::cheer2:

I LOVE CHIRSTMAS

on x-mas eve i go to my arnties house and ALL MY COUSINS ARE THERE, i have like 25 cousins im not joking lol i mean i am greek, havent you seen my big fat greek wedding lol, there ALL THERE we all have to cramp in a 8 bedroom house in luton anyway its cool and we sit down and talk and watch movies and telle and stuff then the little kids go to bed and the adults and teenages are awake me and my cousins sit in the garden in the cold and wish for it to snow :hugesmile: never does tho :bawling: anyway then we go to bed lol then 1 of my uncles called nick LOL comes into each of our rooms and just looks hes dressed as santa :spin2: lol the cousins i stay in the room is, alex,4)-harry,7)-Daniel,11)-theo,13)-marco,17 and me then the little kids go MAD lol and the older ones tell them to shut up lol then the morning where not alowed to leave our rooms till 7 we rush down stairs and thes LOADS OF PRESENTS lol we all get LOADS and we play with them all day lol until dinner which is SOOO COOL i mean theres everything and the house smells of food smells sooooo nice lol theres like 2 turkies and 3 chickens and everything else then we have pudding lol

the next day we go home

I love christmas! On Christmas day after opening all the presents we visit family members and then come back and watch films and have fun. In the evening the family comes round and we watch the soaps and then just have a big party!

I usually get up about 6:30am, open my presents and then eat my breakfast. Get ready to go out to my Nan's, then I go to my Nan's and open my presents from her and my auntie's and uncles. Then I come home and usually start looking at my presents a bit more, and then come on MSN and TiBB and wish everyone a Merry Christmas, and then my Nan and Grandad come for dinner and tea. Then when they go home I come back on MSN until quite late and then go to bed about 2am.

Get up when we want to, then go to my Nanna's and drop presents round there, see my cousins etc, before having Christmas dinner at my parents' and getting our presents from them. Then we go on to my partner's mum's to see his family, get more presents and have tea and games there before coming home for the night and watching Christmas TV shows that we would normally watch together.

Get up at around 6. Wake my brother up. Start pestering my mum and dad to get up. Theyy get up at around 6.30. Then we have to stay up stairs, while my mum goes to the lounge to 'check if santa has come' lol. We then run downstairs to the lounge and (my absoulute best part of the year) swing open the door to unveil all the prezzies! lol. open presents. Play with them use them etc. Thats about it untill dinner time where all y family come around! Then 3 days later we go to Florida!!!!!!!! Wahoooooooooo!!!!!

I get up, open presents, quite slowly lol, have breakfast, try out some stuff i got, then my dads friend comes over and have more presents from him, then xmas dinner, then i go to my nans for more presents ;]

Has anyone else noticed that, with age, you don't get as excited about Christmas as you used to? I mean...last year, I woke up on Christmas morning at about 7am because my little brother/sister & niece woke me up...but I refused and slept in til about 9:30 :tongue:

Whereas when I was younger I'd wake at about 5am, haha.

But usually, I wake up, open the presents :), then my older brothers and their families come down for Christmas dinner... spend the rest of the day using my presents/calling people and wishing them Merry Xmas, and drinking lots of wine.

Boxing day, the family comes down again, because mum does this huge feast :tongue:

I personally prefer the build-up. Christmas shopping is brilliant, especially when it's dark, and you're walking around with a warm drink :bigsmile:

I always give a present to people on christmas eve to get them in the mood :colour: We always chill out in the evening and tend to watch the Grinch at some point christmas eve as well as elf (all mood stuff lol)

Christmas morning is lazier now that my girls are older, me and hubby are usually lying awake waiting for our youngest to wake up (she's 14) then we get up and I usually make bacon sandwhiches for the family. We open presents, phone those we need to phone then get ready and go to my mum's for dinner. She makes the best christmas dinner EVER. I usually make the dessert, this year I will be making tiramusu (the cheats way)

On christmas eve, my nan comes around and we all spend chrismats eve chatting and play games..

we have a party..

then on christams day at 8:00 we go and open our presents from "santa Claus"

we get washed a dressed and we open christmas presents under out tree from family and friends..

then we eat our christmas dinner..

we spend the whole afternoon playing with our new stuff...

then on boxing day.. my aunt and uncle comes round and we recieve presents from then, andf they recieve presents from us.. we open them there.. then we have ANOTHER party..

and then they go

and then christmsn is over :(

Go shopping with my dad in the morning,get something to eat,last minute things. Then we all go out for a Chinense dinner in the evening and come home and watch a movie(oh and we spend like 30 mins in Xtra Vision arguing over said movie)

Christmas Day

Open some presents in the morning,enjoy presents,lol. Go to my Granny's or stay at our's for dinner(going to Granny's this year-where for the first time in years all the family will be there) and then back home-more presents and then another movie.

I loveeee Christmas.

Well on christmas eve eve and christmas eve we watch some christmasy movies like Miracle on 34th Street, Jingle all the Way and Home Alone etc...

On Christmas day i get up around 7:30 ish and go downstars and open presents etc with my sister... around 8;30 my other sister and her fiance come over with a big santa sack of presents :hugesmile: We play/watch or in some cases eat what weve gotton for xmas. We then get ready for dinner, where we go to my grans for a HUMUNGOUS feast with all the family round. (this year there will be 15 of us !!!!!! , my family of 6, my gran ,grandad, aunt, and my american cousins over !!! and in previous year we talked to them from Scotland > America via webcam in my grandad's office upstairs. :dance:

then we go home !!!

Wake up around 8AM and wake everyone up to go downstairs. Then sit though the only breakfast of the year when we sit together [probably my only breakfast of the year actually]. Then I RUN into the living room and we open presents. I open them and use/try on some of my stuff. A day of getting my Dad to take stuff out of annoying fiddly unnecssery packaging and make stuff work :tongue: The day goes quick. My family come round for Christmas dinner which we have in the evening.

Then i shall go home. Start some cooking and stuff. Put on a dvd watch that. go to bed. get up usual christams stuff. Pressents, massive xmas dinner, eat loads of junk food.

Then im back to work 8am day after boxing day and christmas is over for another year.

then when its bedtime we both put on new christmas pyjamas and socks sit and read night before christmas put stocking out as well as father christmas key and mince pie etc
when daughter in bed i will fill her stocking with the stuff from father christmas and put all the other gifts by tree and eat mince pie etc

christmas day do stocking in bed with a cuppa and breakfast, phone family to wish them merry christmas, then downstairs to open presents and prepare dinner after dinner we go for a walk then back to play watch festive films before bed once daughter in bed sit down with some chocolate and a cuppa

boxing day not sure yet if we seeing my dad on it or the day after

to whoever said about not knowing what you will do cos of parents spliting :hug::hug: its tough but it does get easier

Wake up at 7 via my brother whos gonig to be 14 days from turning 20. yet he will still jump on my bed, pour a glass of water over me or somthing.

Go downstairs open presents whilst having a cup of tea and a little breakfast,

at like 11 ish me n my dad get ready n go to my nan and grandads as were the only 2 that talk to his side of the family sadly.

Hes going to let me drive his car bak when we leave as i really wanna have a go because its fast though no insurance..

Family comes(auntie, aunties partner, counsins, mums mum and dad) at about half 12 and we go down to my uncle john whos really my grandads brother, give him some stuff and keep him company til like 2 come back and relax til half 2 - 3 then we have dinner

after we open presents we got from the family that comes round, then we relax for a lil longer, some people go for a walk after a while, me brother n cousins usually go for a lil cruise instead,

then we come back have pudding, then watch eastenders and that and watch a movie, then later we usually play a couple of games and by then everyones tired n go home.

All in all i love chirstmas day its always over to fast, feel like im about 12 on chirstmas lol.

Well I`ll do what I do every year for the most part,get up about 8.30,(well-awoken by younger siblings at crazy o clock first! then tell them to piss off in the kindest of terms

Open christmas prezzies ,admire siblings prezzies lovingly,give siblings and parents their prezzies.

Ive got Christmas over my Nans this year which makes a change. My Nan and Grandad usually come over ours. We get up around half seven, I make the tea or coffee, we get ourselves seated and then the presents get handed out. After the presents have been dished out, we tidy up the paper etc, My nan normally goes home to give her dog her presents, while my mum and dad sort dinner, then we have dinner, I clean the kitchen, while everyone relaxes. Nan normally falls asleep around 4ish. Mum sorts out the trifles and that, Doctor Who comes on the telly, we have tea then meet up with the rest of the family and have a party. Then I go to bed coz Ive been up at the crack of dawn and lay in til 12 Boxing Day.

When I was younger I'd get up at 6, open all my presents, phone my nans and make sure she was up and cooking the dinner, play with whatever I got, go to my nans for dinner and get presents off her, go to my other nans and get presents from her (aunities would usually leave our presents there too), then come home and play with presents again... and then come downstairs and watch the christmas eastenders lol.

This year I'll probably just get up around 9/10, open presents, fall back to sleep, play with presents and watch a christmas film.

I'm 17 but I wake up at about 7.
I eat the last chocolate on my advent.
Rip open my presents.
Sit about for an hour, have breakfast and be fascinated by the presents.
Get dressed.
Phone all my mates.
Go on the internet briefly and leave MSN on.
Watch a movie.
Sit around for a bit then have dinner.
Do whatever for a few hours then party food.
Then after a few hours, bed.

This Xmas is gonna be different though 'cos I'll be on the phone for ages to my bf annnd I've asked my parents to buy wine.

My perfect Xmas would be laying with my bf in bed with a mug of hot chocolate, a bottle of wine for after and watching it snow out of the window.

christmas day exactly the same everyyear except this year my mum wont be there because shes in work..
but we get up at like 7 and me and my sisters wake up my mum and dad then we go in my sisters room and open our stockings and then we all go downstairs and open the presents under the tree and have a fry up for breakfast then get ready and go to my nans at about 10, open presents and all that kind of stuff then we go to my other nans at about half 12 and open presents.. go down to the pub and come back and we all have christmas dinner ( about 15 of us ) and we stay there till about 8 then we go home and watch christmas films and eat more and drink more :)
