It didn't happen much to me but when I have an argument with my girlfriend, I go under my duvet, listening to our music, eating chocolate and finally I call her in order to make the situation better.

I ring a friend and see if they want to do something, like play pool in the bar (which is now 2 mins from me, woop!) ... or watch a movie (cinema is now also 2 mins from me, woop!). I need to keep myself busy so I can internalise my problems, until eventually they build up. It's not recommended, haha.

Have a bath, then listen to some happy music and drink tea. :)
Those 3 = the answers to all of life's problems. Well OK maybe not cancer or genocide, but still...one step at a time...

I tend to eat... and it's normally when I'm by myself so there aren't any limits. Not such a good thing, because when I'm stressed it's easy to get sad a lot which equals eating a lot...

Do you do anything to cheer yourself up supernoodles?
Or did you make this topic to try and find some ideas out?
I personally go to the beach at night, since it's only down the road...and have a think.
Or listen to music/play computer games >_< only if I haven't got the option of going out somewhere with some people. Going out is usually a winner, providing you've got fun/decent friends...
Which im sure most people have, hopefully.
Nobody wants dull friends ^_^

I'd like to add going out does help as well, but I do that anyway - I'm talking about when I'm on my own... (So I don't sound like a total recluse or anything).

Oh dear, retail therapy...how could I have missed that?
Spending usually cheers me up no end.
The more money spent the further my happiness levels seem to increase. Which im assuming is the case for everyone, unless you feel extremely guilty afterwards lol.

When I'm feeling down, everybody sees it too, my fave shows it, I can't lie. Bue I don't like moaning people so I'm not moaning but I'm frustrated and upset for everything. I'm easily violent and argumentative when I'm upset, everybody knows we shouldn't even talked to me when I'm upset. Only music, sleep and chocolate + a phone call to my girlfriend can bring me back to the normal Remy.

Nah I think it's because it takes your mind of it as you don't like to miss any part of CSI.

I like to be alone, Whether that is going for a walk with my dog, or upstairs in peace doesnt really matter.
I also write in my diary a lot, I let all the words spill out that are running around my head. I dont try to write something structured, just pour my brain out onto paper.
I do become irrational at times, at those times, well my hubby deals with those :joker:

Watch a good wrestling match , read a Terry Pratchett book , watch stand up comedy , have a little fun time with Mr. Right Hand , and write songs.
Sometimes all at once.
Eat chocolate.
Lots of chocolate.
Tons of chocolate.

*Grabs pen and paper, then turns tv and psp on*
*Watches Bill Bailey stand up DVD on the tele, Wrestling on the psp, places Terry Pratchett book ontop of tele, rests writing pad on lap, plays with self and writes lyrics*
This must be what Stu often feels like =] though it's sending me rather dizzy.
I think ive posted here already, but I can't be bothered to check.
If I have, then add cycling along the beach/seafront all the way to Brighton and back to my list. Especially at night/early morning.

That's a shame, I was watching "Bewilderness" and reading "The Carpet People"
And funnily enough wasn't writing about roaring *****s.
Otherwise, that photo would be exactly what I was doing.
There's something missing from this photo though, im guessing you were playing with yourself behind the camera? lol
Music and chocolate seem to be popular choices.
I'll buy some Dairy Milk/Galaxy and make sure my ipod is always charged, since i'll need it to get me through the next two weeks of work.
Some evil incarnate man named Pete is apparently coming back to work, and he'll be working next to me >_<

Writting four part urban power ballads about Ketamine whilst reading about a giant turtle while a bearded man makes glastonbury jokes on the TV.
All this of course , when im having this person wrestling match between , well , nevermind.
Theirs no better life I tells ya. And yes , chocolate is also rampant in this room. And smokey bacon flavoured crisps. Even though nobody seems to like them anymore.

seriously not jokin
I phone up a friend/go on MSN and speak to a friend, and just rant about whatever's bothering me. If it's something I don't want to talk about, then I just talk to myself (I'm not nutZ) and generally do that until I feel calmer. If I'm upset, I'll watch something funny on TV. :)
