OK - There's a write up on the Kylie White Diamond docu and the premier and the Nikki impression is mentioned, I won't type the whole thing, just the Nikki bit:

One of Kylie's newest fans is bound to be BB queen Nikki Grahame, who is paid homage to in the new film. In one scene, where the gorgeous songstress likens life backstage on tour to living on BB, we see Kylie performing her best Nikki impression, squealing the infamous lines, "Who is she?!" and "I'm sooooo cold!". When we spoke to Nikki after the screening last week, she told us she was "totally chuffed" to have been impersonated by Kylie in her film and joshed, "I'm a living legend!".
