I am not sure why the question is being asked, but technically, like all of us, according to (Romans 3:23) (http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Romans%203:23&version=31) they are sinners
The real question is whether we are sinners saved by grace (Ephesians 2:8-9) (http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Ephesians%202:8-9;&version=31;)

Also technically speaking, when Paul wrote his letters to the various churches, he addressed it to the saints. The usage of the word meant that anyone who was a Christian, was also a saint.
So I am saint Sticks
So you can be both a saint and a sinner at the same time.

That I am not disputing
My argument is from scripture, and I am compelled by Romans 3:23 to state that they, like you and me are sinners. Everyone is. It was only Jesus who was without sin.
However, if someone is in Christ, then they are in a saved state and also saints.
I mean no disrespect for Sam and Amanda, as I also point I am a sinner as well
