According to The Sun, these are the people who've been confirmed to take part in the third I'm A Celebrity - Get Me Out of Here!

Jordan
Lord Brocket
Stan Collymore
John Lydon
Diane Modahl
Peter Andre
Jenni Bond
Kerry McFadden
Alex Best

Names of the final 10 contestants will be confirmed early next week according to THIS ARTICLE (http://www.thesun.co.uk/article/0,,2004012021,00.html) in the Sun Online.

Bit of a volatile mix, I think! Can't wait for 26th January!!!!!

Stan Collymore has been replaced by Neil 'Razor' Ruddock according to the News of the World site.

Wild man off to Oz

FORMER soccer hardman Neil "Razor" Ruddock was named last night as the final contestant for I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here.

NEIL 'RAZOR' RUDDOCK: FORMER Spurs and Liverpool soccer star who had a reputation as a hardman. But is he tough enough?

JENNY BOND: BBC'S former royal correspondent who is often said to be more regal than the royals.

JOHNNY LYDON: WENT AWOL before signing contracts. If he lays off the Guinness and makes it to the airport he'll be a hit.

ALEX BEST: EX-MODEL and TV presenter. Her time with George Best should help her deal with any drunken antics.

PETER ANDRE: THE forgeotten pop star with the six-pack. Time to find out if those sparrow legs rumours are true.

DIANE MODAHL: FORMER champion athlete who fought to clear her name after being accused of taking drugs.

LORD BROCKET: CLUELESS Nice But Dim toff who was once jailed for attempting £4.5 million insurance fraud.

JORDAN: She's being paid more after producers begged her to sign. Her 32FF in a bikini might be worth it.

FRANK CARSON: COMIC Frank, 77, was originally dropped over health insurance problems but is now reinstated.

KERRY McFADDEN: BLONDE former Atomic Kitten mainly known for large breasts and terrible TV presenting.

They really are plumbing the depths with this lot. Z celebrities - I think most of these would be minus Z celebrities.

AT least Neil Ruddock and Johnny Lydon can be guaranteed to stir things up.

BTW I thought this was all done for charity - didnt realise they got paid or am I being naive.

Wonder who will have the smallest bikini - Jordan or Kerry:hugesmile:

Been reading in the paper today that although everyone was originally supposed to be getting the same for appearing - the others are up in arms because Jordan is (allegedly) being paid four times as much as the others who are getting £25,000. Good money if she only stays in a few days.

Oh God!

I have to say I am not looking forward to this very much (although of course I will watch it!)

So far, they have been all about reinventing people and trying to give us a reason to like them.

Christine Hamilton proved (as if we didn't know already) that she is made of stronger stuff than her old man. Actually, I did grudgingly admire her after the show.

Uri Geller proved he was totally bonkers

Tara Palmer Tomkinson finally had something to be famous for other than being an annoying flat-chested talentless socialite. (Yep, you guessed it, she became an annoying flat-chested talentless ex-I'm a celeb contestant!)

Is the world ready for taking Jordan seriously?

Can it take Kerry Mc Chipshop telling us all about Bryan's more disgusting habits, whilst using every opportunity to continue to promote her bafflingly high public profile..........

No matter how tempting the idea of sweating in the jungle, eating bugs and balancing on a pole over a pit for a ****,
I couldn't have left my babies for a start.

I know, old fashioned, but there you go.

Just found this on I'm a celeb.....

LONDON (Reuters) - Nearly half the terrestrial TV audience have tuned in every night this week to watch ITV's jungle survival show "I'm a Celebrity...Get me out of Here," according to the broadcaster.

A variation on the Big Brother theme,"I'm a Celebrity..." pitches ten well-known faces into the Australian jungle to fend for themselves for two weeks.

Viewers vote them off the show one by one, eventually handing the winner a bonanza of publicity and an often much-needed career boost.

Some ten million viewers have been tuning in every night this week, with Wednesday touching a peak of 10.8 million, ITV said in a statement on Friday.

"The atmosphere in the camp is sure to get more tense next week when the evictions begin," it added.

The programme, whose contestants include topless model Jordan, convicted fraudster Lord Brockett and punk legend Johnny Rotten, captured 50 per cent of 16-34 year olds from Monday to Thursday.

The show revolves around contestants undergoing humiliating and often frightening tasks involving snakes, insects and crocodiles, in return for meal tokens.

The tabloids keep up the momentum by devoting pages of newsprint every day to either real or imagined liaisons between the contestants, who are filmed around the clock in their jungle camp.

On Friday, former BBC royal correspondent Jennie Bond will be buried alive in a box, which will gradually be filled with water.

Bookmakers William Hill said former Sex Pistols lead singer Rotten is 6/4 favourite.

I have never wanted to watch this before, and kept well away, condemning it as a big brother spin off, with lots of wannabe celebrities. This year however, I thought I would give it a go, because there seemed to be a good mix of celebrities and I am HOOKED!! I take back all I have ever said. Jordan has proved to be lovely, so different to who I would have thought her to be, and Johnny is hilarious! Its great!!

I actually like John Lydon. He's alright. He reminds me a lot of

Jordan is OK, but I wish she would tell Peter Andre to **** off. He is a walking cliche'. Dearie me, he is pretty narcissistic and vacuous, your archetypal 'himbo'.

I like and admire Diane Modahl as a human being, but she, along with Mike Read and Angie Best don't really rumble or even faintly rustle in the jungle do they?

Jenny was fantastically stoic in the rat infested coffin.

Just don't even talk to me about Kerry McFadden. I think it's all calculated, so wimpy and pathetic.

Sorry there is no way any of those bugs would have passed my lips. Didnt appreciate how Jordan was putting Kerry off - perhaps she thought Kerry would do it and show her up.

Wonder what Jordan's boyfriend will have to say when she gets home - she is sooo winding Peter Andre up and he is falling for it. He is a 100% prat.

I too had forgotten that Alex Best was there. Her, Diane, Mike and Razor seem to have made no impact at all and I would be very surprised if any of them made it to the end.

Does anyone else think that the trials this year seem to be a bit worse than last. The chest collection is much more complicated than before.

Diane Modahl is 'frontrunner for eviction'

Bookmakers William Hill and Coral both have Diane Modahl as the hot favourite to be evicted first from the I'm a Celebrity camp.

The former middle distance athlete, who has been quiet since arriving in the jungle, has been given odds of 10-11 to be the least popular celebrity in the phone poll.

Today is the last day the 10 celebrities will be together as tonight they find out which one of them has been voted out by viewers. Mike Read is second favourite for the boot with 9-4 odds.

Jordan and John Lydon are still the frontrunners to win the title, with William Hill quoting odds of 6-4 on the ex-punk lifting the King of the Jungle crown and Coral backing him at 2-1.

Huh! How wrong were the bookies!

I was a bit sorry to see Mike Read leave - he didn't really get a chance to feature much in the programme, not having done a Bushtucker Trial. The editing of the programme has a lot to do with how the public vote as well, think. Jennie definitely though she was the one who was going, and was putting on a brave face for the cameras.

Quite agree Kaz. But didnt she look funny when she emerged. Dont blame her for not going in with the snakes - if you've got a proper phobia its not easy to overcome if at all.

According to one report the money they will earn ranges from £3,000,000 for Jordan (who seems to be in everything at the moment - why I dont know) to £100,000 for Johnny Lydon (who doesnt have an agent and they reckon will therefore lose out).

The money they got for going in pales in comparison.
