Another group of out-of-shape celebrities - comprised of Vanessa Feltz, Amy Lame, John Forgeham, Alison Hammond, Freddie Starr, Lowri Turner, James Whitaker and Jono Coleman - continue their challenge to get fit and shed the pounds. American drill instructor Harvey Walden returns to knock them into shape, and each week two teams will be weighed on a pair of giant scales at a ceremony hosted by Dale Winton.

Yes he was, James - and lost 4 stones!

But apparently he's been a naughty boy since the last series and had put quite a bit back on again. :bawling:

Alison did really well the first week and lost 5 lbs. . . . . . . . . mind you, she has quite a bit to go as she was the heaviest out of all the 'celebs' at over 21 stones!!!!!!!!!

Still - she seems determined to succeed - so GO ALISON! :hello: :elephant: :hello:
