My weekly Tuesday purchase of the Western Mail has brought the news that our Helen is off to spend a day at the Sanctuary in Covent Garden - a women only day spa.

Lucky her. I could do with some pampering like that. She says she is in need of a pick me up and some sparkly new year treatments. Me to. Wonder if she wants some company.

She's going to do a report in her column next week - so no doubt she will be raving about how wonderful it was. Oh I'm so jealous. Just what I could do with, some pampering.
