Should Emmerdale be axed to make room for a new soap?

Emmerdale is going through a ratings crisis at the moment and it's beyond dull.

I realise soaps have their down points but I just can't see it going anywhere.

Do you think Emmerdale should be axed to make a new soap or do you think it can regain its popularity?

no not realy.an average of more then 6 million is still excelent and its a great soap.

It might be boring but it's still popular, it gets at least 6m every episode there is no reason for ITV to axe it

Its in no ratings crisis but I think it is on the downward slope and will soon beyond repair, then the ratings will slip just like Brookside.
