DISNEY SPOT DIFFERENCECARTOON giants Disney have asked Simon Cowell if they can sign up cheesy group Same Difference for a new ad campaign.

The film studio’s bosses have contacted the music mogul after being impressed by brother and sister act Sean and Sarah Smith.

They want the duet, who are one of Cowell’s X Factor finalists, to front a campaign for the DVD release of the worldwide smash hit movie High School Musical 2.

Insiders say Disney has been impressed with their performances on the show, despite heavy criticism from the other judges, especially Louis Walsh, 55.

Simon, 48, feels Same Difference could be a huge success in the teen market.

Loved

He even made them sing an up-tempo track from High School Musical.

A show insider said: “Disney have approached Simon about giving Sean and Sarah a contract to promote their DVD.

“They loved them on the show, especially when they sang a track from the film, and think they would be perfect to promote the sequel. Same Difference have the energy and spirit which would be just right for Disney.”

Sean, 21, and Sarah, 18, hope to impress the judges tomorrow with their rendition of the Starship hit Nothing’s Gonna Stop Us Now.

Simon’s other group, girlband Hope, are set to dazzle the judges with a string of sexy Dolce & Gabbana gowns.

It follows their wardrobe disaster last week, which saw them decked out in sparkling jumpsuits.
