ok so this is a game thats very simple and all you have to do is say where your from and 3 things its famous for. it can be funny eduacational whatever 3 facts you want to tell the forum about where you live!

Hit the spot. They indeed are from Dublin originaly , but Christy Dignam has since become a staple of Cork folklore , so what the heck :tongue:.

I'm from Redcar, it's famous for:
1. The film "Atonement" was shot on Redcar Beach, in my own back yard (got pics I took when I went to see them filming!)
2. Redcar holds the oldest surviving lifeboat "Zetland", now preserved at the Zetland Lifeboat Museum.
3. The late Mo Mowlam (politician) represented us in the House of Commons
