I've gone off J as well, wouldn't mind seeing the back of him tonight, but I'd love to see Bitchins go even more.

Cerys (boring hasn't really done a great deal) or Janice (get's more annoying by the day). Apart from Biggins none of them really warrant reaching the final 3 IMO.
