But I think he'd take too long to actually get round to the killing and setting it up etc.

Phil would be quite happy to just randomly punch his face in, shoot him in the head, or whack him with a baseball bat...if the mood takes him. Although even Phil has said he doesn't "operate" like that anymore, so Phil right now is actually useless.
