I have seen so many of your avatars that look like there actual videos . I know how to use flash fine and i just would like to know how you make a flash that looks live a moving video...please reply , ill post an example later mayby .. thanks

Woah, what coincidence(kinda) i was just about to download flash. thought i should jus say that:bigsmile: when i download it, which is in a minute, i will find out for you.(or try)

It's kind of hard to explain without pointing at the screen/program and saying "put that there, do that, do this" lol...

But essentially you need to put the frames of a video clip into the timeline, set your frame speed and make sure the clip isn't too long so that it can be uploaded as an avatar and isn't too big in file size.

Actually making an animation is a slightly different matter.

You need to draw something/insert a picture or whatever else, setup your timeline, create motion tweens and such, set keyframes and all the rest of it.

Have you tried youtube or something similar?
Usually there's video tutorials on most things, that show you exactly what to do, where to click etc.
