Marc admits: I am a ratMARC Bannerman has at last admitted what we have known for weeks – he’s a rat.

The ex-EastEnder, 34, who cheated on long-time love Sarah Matravers with Cerys Matthews in the Celeb jungle, has confessed: “I just developed feelings for someone in there and I’ve got a missus at home, I’m a rat.

“I can’t look for a scapegoat – the buck stops here.”

Marc speaks out on ITV1’s Coming Out tonight at 9pm.

It shows he was left even more ashamed when he returned to his hotel room after getting the boot from the jungle.

As he looked in the mirror, he said: “I can’t even look at myself.”

Marc is also heard phoning Sarah to say: “I’m so sorry babe.”

After watching tapes of the show, he admits: “I feel sick, I feel for Sarah. I feel really stupid.”

Meanwhile, Cerys says: “I don’t think he has any more blame than me. I was aware he had a girlfriend, he didn’t try and mislead me.”

Yeah he is one big rat. He shouldn't have done what he did, fair enough if he was single but he wasn't and he's realised now how stupid he's been. I still don't see the point telling news papers he's in love with her I think we all know that by now.

He has done wrong but like ive said before we do not know the whole picture.We dont kjnow what state his relationship was in before he went into the jungle.I think he realsies the embarassment hes made of himself and how hes hurt his ex so now I think he should just be alloud to move on with his life with Cerys if thats what both of them want.I dont agree that Cerys was just as much to blame as Marc though,Cerys has no ties to Sarah,no loyalty,no trust,no love etc.
