Yes that's right folks...the bubbly and much-loved twosome of Samanda are starring in their very own Fitness DVD! Dance Workout promises to be the most fun and energetic dance-based workout around, in what the twins themselves describe as a "really girly soundtrack" to work up a sweat to! Perfect for real, every day girls who want to get fit, And have fun, just like Sam and Amanda!
The workout comprises of two core programmes - a fresh and fun dance aerobics section and a funky box aerobics session (along with a warm up and cool down chill-out zone).
Both programmes have been carefully devised to be manageable yet effective in fat burning and body toning. Exercise is far from boring with the twins – bound to get you laughing and dancing away those pounds in a pink and girly experience you never thought could be so enjoyable!
