24-year-old model Katy French has died at Our Lady's Hospital, Navan, Co Meath this evening.

In a statement, her family said that Katy had passed away peacefully in the arms of her sister Jill and alongside her Mum and Dad.

Ms French was rushed to hospital in the early hours of last Sunday morning after she collapsed in a friends house in Kilmessin in Co. Meath.

Her family said it had been 'overwhelmed by the letters, blessings, gifts and prayers from people all over the country'.

She was a beautiful girl, with a big career ahead of her.

Awww that's so said. Who is she though? Her name does ring a bell.

What did she die of?

She was well known in Ireland.

She admitted last year I think, that she used to use drugs a lot but doesn't anymore. A lot of people think it might be drug related, but nothing has been announced.

Oh right, I am going to Google her name. It's a shame if it is drug related, as to die at 24 is so young. She had her whole life ahead of her.

Just read a bit about her, they said they think it is drug related. She was well pretty, it's such a same.

She was very gorgeous, stunning.

She looks younger then 24 to me.

I lost my brother in law he was 32 he dies from drugs but from when he used them 5 yrs ago, There was no drugs in his system but the damage was done and his body finally give.
So you think its safe to do them once maybe twice but goes to show the effects it can have on your body.
So sad that there is another case its awful im only 23 as so she was a year older then me!!!!
