X Factor Niki’s Dannii revengeX Factor hopeful Niki was delighted Louis Walsh made bitchy comments to Dannii Minogue.

The 34-year-old school dinner lady revealed she was “glad” Louis upset Dannii during last week’s ITV1 show by implying she can’t sing.

His jibes came after the Aussie beauty said Niki’s performance was out of tune.

Speaking at a press conference before a secret gig in central London this week, Niki was commenting on the success of Dannii’s latest single, Touch Me Like That and appeared jealous of the attention Ryhdian was receiving from his mentor.

“I don’t think she’s promoted it that well ‘cos she’s too busy with us… well a certain somebody anyway,” she said looking at Ryhdian.

Brummie Niki even attempted to deny there was a spat between the two judges but the Welsh opera sensation stuck up for Kylie’s little sister, insisting Dannii was distressed by the criticism.

“Louis is consistent, he speaks his mind, as he did with Dannii,” Ryhdian remarked.

“She was genuinely upset – the words that he used were quite strong.”

Interrupting, Niki said: “Good, I’m glad, good,” looking round in surprise Ryhdian politely asked, “Pardon?”

“I’m glad he said it to her,” Niki retorted defiantly.

The other contestants, brother and sister combo Same Difference and Scot heartthrob Leon looked shocked by her remarks.

All four acts go head-to-head tonight for a place in next week’s final.

They can't even spell Rhydian right! Either way, Niki seems like quite a tactful person in some respects... mature enough not to make a drama. I wouldn't be surprised if she was annoyed at what Dannii said, although at the same time I doubt she'd publicise her happiness at what Louis said.

To be honest, not only did I not agree with Dannii's comment, but I also saw no need for her to say something like that about last week's performance if it was not relevant. If she referred to it just slightly, fair enough, e.g. 'Compared to last week's...' which even then would have been untrue, in my opinion. What Niki needed was constructive criticism on her performance of the night.
