I voted for Lewis Hamilton. Even though he didn't win the F1 title.

I think it's obvious that Lewis will end up winning but to me Joe Calzaghe deserves to win.He's been the top guy in his division for over a decade now and just beat what most considered to be his toughest task.

If Hatton beats Mayweather then he'd even top Joe's win.

I think Paula Radcliffe has had her day and Jonny Wilkinson, well hes not really been up to much this year.

I think Joe needed it more than the rest of them because he deserves it and the rest (especially Lewis) will more than likely be nominated again.

I was expecting Lewis to get it- also well deserved if he did.

Because finishing 2nd in the world championship in your debut season is pretty impressive.
