Valérie Bègue is the newly crowned Miss France 2008. Born the 26th september 1985, she has been elected as miss Reunion Island, last night, saturday 8th of december at the end of the traditional ceremony on TF1, live from Dunkerque.

She is an international buisness student, a huge Ban Harper fan and last night, she claimed that she will represent the diversity of France, from her little island.

She is the 61st Miss France and the 2nd from the Reunion Island, the last one being from 1976.

She will participate to Miss World, Miss Universe and Miss Europe. She will go on many tv shows, interviews, photoshoots and many ceromonies in France.
She will be the President of a charity of her choice and will have to represent it.
However, the Comitee has forbidden to have any boyfriends, to wear any strings (lol) and to make any nude photoshoots for 5 years.
