If you look carefully at the first image, you can see that the door that i have hilighted leads to the spiral staircase!

I doubt the spiral staircase is anything exciting, probably an evacuation stairwell or just used by camera crew etc.

its definetly the store room a few months ago i did alot of studying on the BB house through pics and youtube videos because i was making a house plan.

I agree, the staircase doesn't look like it's place is in the Big Brother house if you know what I mean, it is probably just used by the camera crew.
