X Factor's Lame DifferenceCHEESY Same Difference star Sean Smith is cracking up under the X Factor pressure.
He has breathing problems and didn’t sleep before Saturday’s show, when 10.6million viewers saw Niki Evans booted out.
And the news gets worse for Sean – a TVBiz poll has Same Difference lagging miles behind Rhydian Roberts.
Sean, 21, revealed: “I hyperventilate before every performance and I can’t sleep on Friday night. The pressure’s really on.”
Trailing
And he will feel the heat even more when he learns that almost half of Sun voters are backing Rhydian, with Same Difference and Leon Jackson both trailing in his wake.
Sean’s co-star, sister Sarah, 18, admitted: “We really thought we’d go last week because Hope were getting saved every week. And Louis has been nasty to us from the start.
“We didn’t want to go – Louis would have been so smug. We didn’t want to let Simon down either – things have got so personal between those two.”
Sean has told how Cowell hinted he wants to work with them even if they lose the ITV1 battle.
“We’d love to do children’s TV or something,” he said.
“We grew up on S Club Seven and Steps but there’s nobody like that around at the moment.”
Meanwhile, Welsh oddball Rhydian told TV Biz: “I’d love to be a leading man in the West End and go to Broadway. Phantom Of The Opera 2 is out next year and Andrew Lloyd Webber already knows who I am because he let me sing a different version of the song, so fingers crossed.”
And judge Dannii Minogue last night rallied fans of the two acts she is mentoring, saying: “Leon (our very own Braveheart) and Rhydian (The Riddler) will not let you down.”
