Davina McCall looks like she has it all worked outWhile most of us are trying not to think of the fact that we'll be gaining a few pounds over Christmas, TV presenter Davina McCall has nothing to worry about.
Despite turning 40 earlier this year - and having had three children - she looks fabulous as she goes through a training session in Miami at the weekend.
The Big Brother presenter is looking as good as ever but clearly wants to keep it that way.
She said recently: "If you feel physically fit at 40, you feel so proud of yourself.
"I feel like it's a milestone, but I don't feel bad about it because I've been telling people I'm 40 for six months. So I'm used to it and I quite like it.
"When I was younger 40 seemed past it, but today there are no boundaries. You don't have to dress a certain way - and look at Kylie and Sadie Frost. They're hot chicks.
The 5ft 7in star, who gave birth to her third child last year, admits that regaining her figure has been a struggle.
She told The Mirror: "It was much harder this time around.
"I'm just shy of 10st now, so it's been a year of slow, gradual weight loss and exercise.
"I'm not criticising women who lose weight immediately - some genetically snap back into shape. I know a lot of women think I snap back, but I don't. I do some clever dressing and sucking in."
Davina says she has no intention of expanding her brood, noting: "If I get pregnant it'll be a glorious mistake, but I'm not planning on having any more."
