Never cried during a movie but the saddest moment was when Mufasa died in the Lion King.

When i was little Lion King and My Girl made me weep buckets, i don't really cry much now but i do get moved a lot, most recently by Bridge to Terabithia.

I cry at A LOT of movies but 2 that never fail to get to me(and I've watched them about 20 times each!) are 'The Notebook' and 'A Walk To Remember'.

Shawshank Redemption. The end of that film reduced me to tears. And The Crow , funnily enough.

The bit that I found emotional is from The Dish (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0205873/) when they have the actual footage from the moon landing when Armstrong was on the surface on the moon, with the music they had, images of the world listening and Richard Nixon's speech that for one small moment humanity had come together.

In terms of a TV programme, I submit the episode Duet from DS9

The Elephant Man and the ending of The Shawshank Redemption (which incidentally wasn't originally in the film and was only added after the film was previewed).
