Crocked Spice: Emma Bunton on crutches ahead of Spice Girls' UK showsSpice Girl Emma Bunton has been seen hobbling on crutches ahead of the Spice Girls comeback shows in the UK this week.
Baby Spice took a tumble on stage at the girls Las Vegas show during the last of their U.S. dates before the group head back to London for a massive 17- nights at the O2 Arena.
Emma revealed her crocked foot which was wrapped in a big black cast as the group appeared at the unveiling of a Virgin Atlantic plane named 'Spice One' in their honour at Los Angeles International Airport.
Struggling gamely on crutches, Emma needed the help of a burly bodyguard to ascend the steps of the plane to stand alongside the other girls.
But despite her apparent lack of mobility, a spokesperson for the group said Emma's injury would not affect the tour which heads to the UK this week.
Emma said of her injury: "I had a tumble on stage and unfortunately I have sprained my ankle, so I'm hobbling around on crutches."
"But I'm sure to make a speedy recovery and see you all at the O2."
The Spice Girls will start their UK dates at London's largest indoor arena, the 20,000-seater O2, formerly the Millennium Dome, on December 15.
They will fly back to the U.K. aboard the newly named Virgin Atlantic jet 'Spice One.'
"It's fantastic to have a plane named in our honour," said the girls.
"We wish everyone who travels onboard Spice One a great flight."
Sir Richard Branson added: "We are proud to be bringing the Spice Girls back in style for their home-coming tour, and back in time for Christmas, following their triumphant US shows."
Meanwhile Geri said pal Scary has mellowed since the Spices split almost 10 years ago.
Asked by US TV show Extra what the big difference is from the original Girl Power era Geri pointed to Mel and said: "This one. Scary Spice is now Nice Spice."
Geri also admitted she is not quite as curvy this time around after having baby daughter Bluebell but insisted she won't be resorting to plastic surgery to boost her assets.
She laughed: "I had a baby. Basically she sucked the life out of them.
"And I haven't gone down the Hollywood route. They're all natural!"
And The Spices who begin a massive seventeen date run in London on Saturday pledged their support to troubled Britney Spears.
Mel C told Extra: "We're all big fans of Britney. If there is any problem, hopefully we can give some advice. You never know.
"If she needs a girlfriend we're there for that."
