It's a shame that Rhydian didn't get to do one uptempo song though as he wanted to too but obviously the judges have the final say.

Pretty much what I expected them to sing.

Same.

The only one I'm disappointed with is Leon singing "You Don’t Know Me". He sings it very very well, but it isn't very exciting. "Relight My Fire" would have been better, I think.

I think he should have done "Relight My Fire" with Kylie.

Leon looks like he has been set up because he has to learn 2 new songs where the rest only have to learn one.

Rhydian

O Holy Night- Its good to see Christmas songs back, I think Rhydian will do well
Duet With Katherine Jenkins... You Raise Me Up- This should be interesting and be 10000x better than his first performance
Somewhere- I didn't like this last time, but he got Dannii and Simon to stand up so it should be good again.

Same Difference

All I Want For Christmas Is You- I predicted this song for them, it should be good
Duet With Jason Donovan... Any Dream Will Do- Seems like they have been stitched up their "star" guest but will no doubt do the fans proud
Breaking Free- Just as I thought cheesfest was over.

Leon

White Christmas- Boring.
Duet With Kylie... Better The Devil You Now- Interesting, I hope he pulls it off
You Don’t Know Me- Boring.

In all, I think Rhydian will walk it and win even though I don't really like his voice. Leon's bad song choices will cause him to finish third, with Same Difference being the runners up.

Are they not all going to sing the Winners Single?

Most likely it will just be the final 2, like on X-Factor 2.

Yeah it will probably be just the final 2 on the 2nd show

Leon is going to sing White Christmas. He's a brave lad. That is going to be sh*t. That song can only be sung by Bing.

What a bore all can be sung in a classical opera style. Even the Duet was written by the new age group Secret Garden who specialize in classical sounding new music .

With those choices, I actually think SD could win, or at least give Rhydian a run for his money (but the second choice isn't good imo).

What is your problem? Classical opera style is the way Rhydian sings so of course his song choices are going to suit that style. Just like SD's songs are uptempo cheese, they suit that style well. I really don't get your problem.

That however talented that Rhydian is he doesn't belong in the X-Factor. The show is a popular music show not a classical music show.

And before the someone say's it's just a singing contest lets remember that the X Factor is a show that was sued by the makers of "Pop Idol" for copyright infringement and in order to avoid losing Simon Cowell settled out of court. If it was just a singing contest then Simon would have had to settle out of court.
