Spears Comes Out Of HidingAfter declaring that she was too 'anxious' to give her crucial deposition in her ongoing custody battle with ex Kevin Federline, Britney Spears made her first public appearance looking surprisingly cheerful.

The pop-tart was all smiles for the paparazzi that endeavored to catch a glimpse of an allegedly “ill” Brit as she entered the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills.

The pop mess had been due to face ex-husband Kevin Federline’s legal team as part of her bitter custody battle over sons Sean Preston, two, and Jayden James, one - but pleaded ill health.

A source close to the star said: "There's a million people outside of her house. She can see all the other madness. The anxiety is making her sick. It's just too crazy."

I feel so sorry for her,if thats true its not right.Yes stars should have to deal with the paperazzi and most of the time deal with it without compliant but when its to the extent we hear about with Britney then I feel there should be some kind of law made especially if its affecting her health.She isnt in a fit state as it is and hounding her like they do is only going to make her worse.

leave her alone its all the s**t that is causing her to be ill and being called a s**t mum. How can she be a good mum unless she is given to time to do it without being called.

Whatever. She wants the publicity so she gets it 24/7. I'm sure Britney could hide if she really wanted to.

She didn't turn up to hear the case about the custody battle,i don't think she could be bothered really.

I can understand her being hounded could cause problems but FFS this is about her kids, fight for them for gods sake. They should be her main priority and nothing should come between her and them. I would walk the earth for my kids and all without shoes!!!!
