Here's a little snippet that appeared in the Night & Day colour supplement :

"The last audtion for Big Brother 5 is held in London today, after seven earlier auditions around the UK.

'This year we've managed to attract a complete bunch of nutters', says a BB insider. 'We've had loads of naked people, a man dressed as Michael Jackson and even one guy who turned up on a tractor with his girlfriend in a trailer'.

Sounds like this year's series could be the best yet...."

I hope we don't literally have a 'houseful of nutters' - I think that would get on my nerves too much!!

The only reason it's making the newspapers is due to open auditions instead of the old process of video tapes. There's nothing new in the lengths people go to get on the show.

I believe there may be an indavertant double-entendre there, perhaps you ought to rephrase that

Whoops!

Usually I would put a little smiley at the end if there was any attempt at a deliberate double-entendre. Having read how I phrased the sentence I can see the joke, but admit it was completely unintentional. It did make me chuckle though, thanks Sticks.
