This shocking picture was taken on Saturday night at the Spice Girls big UK comeback gig in London, and shows, well, we're not quite what it shows. A saggy-skinned boob? A bit of left-over implant popping out? Whatever it is: it's putting us off our breakfast. We were so shocked, we nearly didn’t notice that Posh is also spotting a pretty impressive camel toe. Yikes. Posh – this might be the worst outfit you’ve ever worn!

It can be either her breast or her body, she's too skinny for that. Or it has been photshopped, I wouldn't be surprised as most of the magazines do it in order to sell.
