Can anyone help..........
My partner has just bought me a apple i book laptop but i have never used apple!!
Im used to windows.
I want to know if i can still have msn messager and media player
Please help

In my opinion yes. If you have never used a Mac before, it can be VERY daunting, but once you are used to it you'll realise they're much easier and more pleasing to use :wink:

I used a Mac once and didn't know where to start. :laugh: I like how the desktop icons are on that bar that pops up. Much easier.

Thank you love that was a great help.
I will be using it for work in the future for graphics so i sort that out when i come it.
So at the moment i just want my basic like limewire, media player and messenger x

May I suggest that you try iTunes, which is basically Apple's music player - it should come free with every Mac, or you can get it as a free download here (http://www.apple.com/uk/itunes/overview/). I think its much better :thumbs:

In the Apples iTunes store, no - there's pricelists which you pay for via Debit Card/whatever :) occasionally you might come across a free download, but, other than limewire as you have, it costs to download those songs. :)

No. However, it is legal, where as most free solutions are illegal.
