Britney's Li'l Sister Is Pregnant!

OMG! When we wondered who would be Hollywood's next knocked-up starlet, Britney Spears' 16-year-old sister never even crossed our minds.

But Nickelodeon has just released a statement confirming the good (?) news of its Zoey 101 star:

"We respect Jamie Lynn's decision to take responsibility in this sensitive and personal situation. We know this is a very difficult time for her and her family, and our primary concern right now is for Jamie Lynn's well-being."

(Wassup, Nic? This may be a scandalous sitch, but J.L. is with child, not suffering from some terminal disease, so we're pretty sure her well-being is gonna be just fine. Unless the net is referring to her emotional well-being? Which makes even more sense if you look at her older sis…)

Dosent shock me. Most people my age are having sex, even younger. So her pregnant dosent shock me. Even if she is a well know star on wherever she dose her show.

If she was born 4th april 1992, she would be 15 almost 16. Im born january 1991 and im 16 almost 17.

This has surprised me quite a bit.
Although Britney is really different now, back when she was 16, she was really innocent within her personal life. However, I suppose that may well be because she was in the limelight and public attention a lot more so she needed to retain an image, which isn't as important to her now.

For Jamie-Lynn, 16 is a bit young, but then we can't really judge if she feels mature enough to have a baby with her boyfriend. I suppose because I saw her on Zoey 101 etc., she seemed far more childish. I too am unsure whether I should congratulate her: she's probably happy about it though, and it's what she wants. But I think she's just too young: having sex is one thing, but actually having a baby is different.

Even if it was unexpected (because she didn't take the precautions), she must have come to terms with it - and it seems as if she has.
Furthermore, all the same, good luck to her for the future.

For me these two girls are extremely poor role models. Yet some do look up to them. Why? I dont know?

Ok, one, she never lived in a trailer park. She grew up in Kentwood, in a house, went through money problems, and moved to New York where Britney performed in threatre productions. They then moved back to Kentwood where they again, lived in a house. Get it right.

Two, she is a positive role model. She's a huge children's TV star in the US, maybe you should look up her popular her show is?

Three, it's not that you aren't entitled to posting. But what you're saying is extremely nasty and offensive. I know I could say a thousand offensive words about someone, but I don't.
