LITTLE Britain star Matt Lucas bid farewell to the housemates with an emotional letter – and included a mystery message for one housemate.

The letter said: “I’m sorry to say I must love you and leave you now.

“I’ll never forget the times we had together.”

The funnyman spiced up the launch by using Scottish politician John as a puppet through an earpiece, telling him to do an Irish jig and claim he wrote The Sound of Music.

This morning Lucas woke the housemates up Hi-De-Hi style, and made three of them bake a cake with their arms linked together.

It wasn't all laughs however for the popular comedian.

Lucas used the BB mic to keep rule by telling the House: "Can the housemates please stop talking about films they have seen that Big Matt hasn't seen, as it is spoiling the plots for him? Thank you."

But his goodbye held a mysterious message for rapper Nathan: “PS, Nathan: Say hello to the next celebrity hijacker for me.”

Lucas left the housemates at 10pm, just after the talent show task.

Former footy star and TV personality Ian Wright will take over the House shenanigans on Saturday.
