glad somone made this thread.E4 will IMO will start getting a huge boost in ratings from now on and i dont just mean for BB shows.

BB:CH got nearly 1m last night, really good ratings for a show which was just the highlights of the launch night. I think BB:CH will start reaching about 1.2m in a weeks time.

Really good ratings, especially for a Friday show with no eviction. Almost one million that is really good for E4. It's a great series so far so it definitely deserves those ratings.

Plus the numbers the show is getting now are the hardcore fanbase who will watch no matter what is on the show tonight. Talent competition or no talent competition.

I'm glad that the highlights show got nrealy as much as the launch show on E4... that's a good sign, right? I mean, a lot of people only tune in to watch the evictions and so on. Most of my friends only do that... so it must be good.

Did anybody take the time to notice how the viewers dropped like flies once the show settled in?

They lost 300,000 regular viewers over the weekend , and are probably not going to get them back. Its doing okay , but it could be doing better , even for an e4 show.

Yeah, I'd say that that is true to an extent. There are some people who are fans of celebrities, and watch everything that they're on, etc.

I think everyone expected the ratings to be bad anyway. Tackling a new format is always a difficult situation, and some Big Brother fans won't have watched it just in case the show ruined the whole Big Brother excitement for them. I just hope that if Celebrity Big Brother returns, the ratings are higher for that.
