I would make the housemates nominate someone to carry out a task which they wouldnt know about... The one nominated housemate must eat an entire buffet in the garden in order for the rest of the housemates to get a luxury party and booze.. if the housemate fails they will have to return ALL food to the diary room and be forced to eat dry bread and water..
