Of course Emilia's flirty. It isn't such a big deal. People are forgetting she is only 18. I think if it was a boy being flirty, people would be far less judgemental (e.g. Russel Brand, the biggest womanizing flirt on the planet seems to get away with it).

She's an attractive young girl who's still growing up really. Some girls are naturally flirty, it's not a bad thing.
