Because they travelled a lot, Victor explained it on the second night.
I have the same accent when I speak english aswell so I understand him a lot more lol

Maybe they're imitating scenes from The Godfather.

Because they want to.

Even if you want, you can't speak 24/7 with an accent which is not yours.

Yeah that would be so funny to watch them doing it.

When you stay a lot in a country, you take the local accent. That's what happened with Emilia and Victor.

But this is obvious they did at some point, in Germany and in Italy. Victor said it is because they travelled a lot so we don't need to be very intelligent to understand they stayed enough long to take the accent.

why is it obvious? he only did the accent when chatting up the girls as a joke. italians are notorious womanisers don't forget.

also jeremy is 19 and lives in the uk. you don't just take the accent after a couple of months, especially when the country is not even english speaking.

It's obvious because it's real, don't tell me the contrary as I know what I'm talking about. Not only from my exemple, Victor said it so why do you make things twisted ? He does use it naturally, and not for many jokes.

And why is Jeremy there ? I thought it was about Victor and Emilia. And I can confirm, you take the accent after a couple of months, not completely but most of.

You can’t confirm that because everyone is different, some people it takes years, some never fully get the accent, just because you may have done doesn't prove anything. I know people who have lived in different areas for years and their accent has never changed. I know you think you know what you are talking about but you are making silly generalisations.

Also, if you look back to the original question it mentions victor and Jeremy and I was talking about Jeremy (which is why I said Jeremy on my first point and not victor). It’s more likely to me, Jeremy was just doing it for a joke as anyone can do accents. I could put an american accent on, doesn't mean i've lived there!

Sorry for the Jeremy part, I thought you were talking about Victor only.

About the generalisations, both my parents weren't born in France so I can confirm they took the accent in a few months time and it's natural as you heard it all day long.
Of course everyone is different (hopefully lol) but in case of Victor it's understandable he took the italian accent as he lived and practiced a lot.

Yeah, I was thinking of a couple of friends of mine, originally from Liverpool who still keep their scouse accents and they’ve been here over 5 years now! Also my grandparents are Irish and must have lived in the uk over 30 years but STILL sound Irish! so you see, it is not the same for everyone. Some people are more stubborn at losing their accents!

Of course everyone is different, it's not the same for everyone, many persons are more "flexible" to the difference. But in case of Victor and Emilia, that's understandable.
