I actually liked him though until he called Emilia a ho last night, behind her back. And until the whole Calista thing, which I'll move on to later. I thought he was a genuinely nice guy, but I guess I was wrong.


But even when I used to like him, I didn't really want him to win because he is a collage of past winners:


BB6 Anthony - A nice enough guy who didn't do much to entertain. Also had a housemate who was obsessed with him - Craig. BB:CH Anthony is just the same, except his stalker is Calista.

BB7 Pete - Pete moved from one girl to the next, and convinced the public that he was being suffocated by each girl before drifting away from them and getting them evicted - Nikki, Lea, Aisleyne, Jennie, Lisa...

In BB:CH, Anthony is sort of the same. He was telling us about how much he loved Jade, then when she left, Calista became his new love story. And now we are currently seeing Anthony do what Pete did: he's drifting away from Calista, making excuses as to why he feels awkward with her and is toying with her feelings. I'm pretty sure he would have done this with Jade if Jade wasn't evicted so soon. What Anthony is doing is quite spineless and he is just like Pete.

BB8 Brian - Brian moped and bitched about whoever he was going to nominate next to get others to do the same. He did this a lot with Liam and Ziggy, and got away with it (and I suspect Brian knew he could get away with it too) because he wasn't a female HM. This is pretty much what Anthony was doing with Jeremy and Emilia last night, because they are the outcasts. Brian did this with the HWH newcomers, because they were also outcasts.

He is the typical favourite BB HM. A good looking, supposedly "nice" male, who sits on the fence, plays it safe, and who can get away with doing anything even if they weren't playing it safe. I'm fed up of that type of winner.

I probably have been guilty of that in past series to be honest, but not this time, because I did like Anthony. I only went off him last night when I was watching what he said about Jeremy and Emilia, it showed a very different side to him that I hadn't seen before, and a side I think he tried his best to cover.
