This could be a way of getting people in the Creative frame if Mind.

TiBB Cyber Town - Currently Demolished.

What do you want to see in the Red-Developed Town?
Maybe a Hotel, A House or Two? A Beach, A Theatre.

Be Creative, and Imagine your the developer. :tongue:

And while your here, why not read some of the stories, or maybe start your own!

I think they should build some holiday homes, some shops, a eating area, and a large water feature.

To be more accurate,Cyber Town is undergoing redevelopment as they are building a new shopping mall, a new library as part of government policy to upgrade to Web 2.0

From a cursory look at the local development plan they are building with families in mind, so am not sure if night clubs are being allowed.

They are being shunted to the outskirts.

I understand as part of the government plan to tackle obesity they are building a new sports centre, a family gym and a swimming pool

This is boring, we need to take care of teenagers between 16 and 22. Are you going to spend your saturday night in a family gym ?
I still want to take in charge the nightclubs and bars (for the older ones lol) :hugesmile:

We WILL have our pond!
The Water feature will make a attractive feature, as well as solve the issues of recent flooding of bandwidth.
A shop will be a great way for people to show off their skills, and a Bar is a must of, despite Thread 32 already being opened. A holiday house to rent out would also be great!

BUT THE POND MUST HAPPEN. :P

Anyhue as part of the waterfall feature there is a pond, I should have made that clear, as it helps somehow with the the air conditioning

I see it now, but one area not included in the drawing are the plans for the new shopping mall with various amenities, one of which includes the indoor water feature previously mentioned. It seems we were talking cross purposes.

I understand Starbucks will be getting a unit as well as Top Shop and Next.

There is also work on a new fire station planned

You must submit planning though unless it is for building homes.

You also need to do a check to make sure you are not on the greenbelt, the authorities here are quite strict on this. One guy had a guarden which went onto greenbelt land for over twenty years and they came along and made him plow it up and return it to the wild state it was before. It was quite a beatiful gardens but the offficials did not care one hoot let alone two. :shocked:

Ive heard a theme park is to be built in the outskirts of the town. And Holiday homes around the area to bring in the tourists.

I would like to build a Gentleman's club, a brand name straight out of Silent Hill, New England

THe company building the shopping mall have now gone into liquidation - there will be an emergency meeting this weekend at the TIBB council to see the way forward. Looks like the development will be put on hold indefinitely leaving a half finished building.

I hear the auditors are coming to see if there has been any malfeasance - the council had put a large amount of money for the work into an Icelandic bank
