Requesting song help please! (Converting file types)

Okay so here's what's up. I signed up to Duffy's mail thingy so i could download a song of hers called 'Breaking my own Heart' Which is a brilliant song but the kicker is that the file itself is a windows media audio/video fileso it isn't compatible with my Ipod. Does anyone know if it's possible to convert the file into a compatable file type? I'll greatly appreciate ANY help!

Quite self explanatory but you just browse for the file you want to convert, then you convert it to the desired format (.mp3 I suppose?) and it will email you it.
