Why dont you write a story?

I was wondering, why more people haven't attempted writing new stories. Lazyness, lack of imagination, or did you just not know about the forum?

Please get involved and make a story, you could win something!

If anyone wants to do their own storyline set in my Mystical Realms franchise, let me know so I can give any needed background.

Being a self obsessed stoner , I have many a great idea , I just could not be arsed putting them to paper , or forum for that matter.

I'm a writer, and although i do write fiction, i prefer to write lyrics (I have like. 3 notebooks full)

Any fiction I do write tends to end up malexmale, which i'm sure most forum users wouldn't be interested in.

I love writing, but most of the stuff I write are scripts and screenplays to film in my media course. I'd like to try my hand at novels and stories in the future but at the moment i'm too busy.

I have two ideas in embryo, related to my Mystical Realms franchise (sort of), but at the moment I am preparing a presentation for 13 April, which will be entitled 38 Years on - Spiritual Lessons of Apollo 13 which means scripting in word and then transfer to PowerPoint and trying to get movie clips to embed.

I have been doing some preliminary research for the a new storyline using my Mystical Realms franchise, but I am conscious of beening seen to hog this section, so I was hoping that other contributers might jump in before I recommence my living the fantasy of being a writer.

Like I said, the first episode is under construction at this time, but with my current computer problems, perhaps trying to get this under way by the festive season may have been a bit over ambitious
