Ok now before anyone starts slating me for making this thread let me explain....
I am fully aware that tibb members come and go all the time,im also aware that any tibb member has the right to stop using the forum at any time they please and cut off contact completley whenever and with whoever they wish.However myself and others on tibb have been voicing our concern over one of the forums most well known and regular users over the past month.The member in question is of course posting_spice who some of us chatted with regularly on the forum.Posting_Spice has not been logged in for a month now and some of his friends including myself have become worried.Usually Posting_Spice would visit the site everyday and make posts and new threads regualrly.I understand that Posting_Spice may have simply chosen not to use the site any longer or he may be experiencing trouble with his internet,the reasons for his 'dissapearance' are endless and the real reason is probably nothing to worry about but just incase it is something serious myself and magic are going to do all we can to find out.If anyone knows any information or has spoken to posting_spice recently can you please let us know by posting in this thread.Please dont close this thread,were simply concerned about the welfare of our friend and understand he did have some troubles in his personal life as well as here on tibb.

I realise theres been other threads discussing posting_spice,if possible could they be closed now by someone who can do so?The others just turned into arguments i want this one to actually be constructive.Me and magic are very determined to speak to him eventually or at least speak to someone who can tell us how he is

yeah i thought thats where he lived i typed in "Harry Portsmouth" in Google and i went trought quiete a few pages but it was all about Harry Wredknap.
I appreciate your concerns but there's really nothing you can do. Members come and go all the time. And I don't think the thread title is appropriate (no offence) it just sounds tacky calling it "The official...".

well its only called that becuase theres a few other threads discussing him and we should try and keep it to one
His name isn't harry according to his email address he registered with. I google'd him and theres nothing in the news about his name.

Can't really give it out, but its in the form name.surname@ISP.net - and it would have had to be verified, so I'm assuming it's legit.

well if its an internet problem then its being going on a loooonnng time plus he said he can get on tibb at school.Its kinda odd to go from going on a website every single day to not going on in a whole month

thats what i thought of doing.and yes members do come and go but,this is P_ where talking about,BB:CH was just about to star and he had just opened his new graphics thread so i realy doubt he would of left by his own choice.

At the start I actually thought his parents might have banned him from it because of how he was treated on here. But his sister shares his computer so she could have discovered it. I'm sure he's fine though. For someone who faces constant backlash at 13, he's very strong.

Not that it will be much use. He mentioned its in portsmouth, and has infants, juniors and seniors. And their is only one school that does that in portsmouth.

I think ringing his school would be taking things way too far. His school wouldn't give out confidential information anyway. I think if you have no reply from the comments on his youtube or a reply on an email then maybe it's best to give up and hope he returns some day.

Seriously take a step back and consider how this might impact on him if you do. He might well just be taking time out, lots of folk do that, he might just be out doing things that 13 year olds do!
Give him time and dont do anything silly like trying to phone schools etc.

Magic did suggest phoning his school. Many members leave the forum, but they never get worried about. He probably does have a life away from TiBB/internet. When he was here he was hated by many and now people want him back, I can't understand it. :rolleyes:

To be fair, he doesnt hvae a life, not in a horrible way, but he said he went on comps at lunchtimes and breaks at school, and that he didnt hvae MSN as he didnt have any friends which is a shame.
But I think we should remind ourselves that we're not Sherlock Homes, Inspector Morse etc and we should just leave it now

Exactly, this thing is gone too far, well for me. It's not against him of course but I find it quite"stupid" to make theories which doesn't make sence or to try ti invade his personal life.

Secondly, if you do contact his school "oh hi, I'm from a forum and think someones killed themselves - name: _____" I'm sure he'll be THRILLED when that gets around the school and the teachers have to inform his parents and he gets in serious trouble.
He's absolutely fine. Do you know the low percentage of 13 year olds that kill themselves? The very very small amount that do are because of serious things like child abuse and rape - not because some petty pre-pubescents called him a name on a Big Brother forum - sorry to say this guys, but neither of us care THAT much about online name-calling from "faceless pixelated anonymous". I really don't think it affected his life that much.
Now stop delving into his personal life and pretty much harassing him. It's his choice if he doesn't choose to come here anymore, you shouldn't try and force him back by picking up details of his personal life all over the internet. If he IS in trouble with his parents, don't get him in more trouble by going with the drama and contacting his school.

I can see that this thread was created with the best interest of a foum member but I can also see that people have strong opinions about it. Before this thread ends up in an argument I am locking it.
This type of thread is not really necessary, if people want to talk about missing members maybe they can do it via U2U.
