Hey,

Well the thing is that i know how to make video avatars but the problem im having is that when i produce them and upload them they appear slow like these.

I change it so it speeds up but i still get the same problem(it still comes out really slow) What can i do to make it appear at a normal speed?

But when i view it, in photoshop/animation shop the clip seems to appear at the speed i want it.

I have Photoshop CS3, which i use to produce and save my video avatar, i also use animation shop aswel.

If anyone could show me and help it would be appreciated so much!

Don't worry, at first they're slow because they need time to load fully. Once it's gone through one entire time, it goes to regular speed.
