What makes your summer?

What makes up those longs summer days for you?
I just thought of it, after I found a summer song thread.

Is it sunbathing, holidays, parties, being with friends or family, music, being bored, beaches, ice cream....?

Big Brother (obviously - but it has to be a good series for it to remind me of summer), the smell of freshly cut grass and the sound of a distant lawn mower. Barbecues, going out with friends, drinking outside in the evenings when it's still light at 10pm. I love Summer!

-Beach (500 meters from my house)

-Alcohol.
- My Girlfriend.
-Go to bed at 6am and to wake up at 2pm.
-A trip to another country.
-Be half-naked all day long.
-And a little bit of work.

Freshly cut grass, picnics under big trees, random walks, water fights, alcohol, parties, midday naps, staying out late with alcohol in a garden watching the sunset, not sleeping til 6am.

Staying bright out till 10pm. I love that cause i hate going out on by myself at like 6pm atm cause its so dark. So that makes my summer just staying brighter for longer.

I hate the summer and I can't stand the sun. The family barbecues and the all-night parties are good though!

Going to a mates house, then going out all day to the park having a water fight! then stay in the garden until 9pm then go watch BB then go in the garden until the early hours of the month!

The days hanging out with friends doing absolutly nothing and having so much fun.
Going to bed at 5 after watching DVD's and getting up at 1.
Sunbathing for hours on end.
Clothes in summer are so much prettier so wearing nice outfits!
Not having anything you actually have to do. Freedom-3 months of pure bliss!
Oooh and my birthday.

I don't really care; as long as it's warm and dry. I'm just sick of wrapping up in sweaters and warm coats and scalves. I just want to walk around in a t-shirt and a pair of shorts.
