yeah i guess, coz the only thing that would connect 'east' and 'west' is money. most of east dont have it, most of west has it.

but seen as the East is rising, and the west is falling...

... its getting more ballanced, so no really.

I did make a post but it timed out

Basically I said something like:

Geographically, it's impossible to position the "Western" countries, in terms of politics and lifestyle, on par with their literal position. Countries such as Japan and Australia, who are further east than China and Iran, have much more in common with us.

So I'd say there's more than "East" and "West".

Oh and India and Russia have more in common with us than the "East", whoever that encompasses.

By "East" do we mean China, and other Communist countries such as North Korea, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia? Or do we include others like Pakistan, Iran, Indonesia, Philippines...because I think they're different.

War and peace has nothing to do with east or west. War is more probable in countries aflicted with leaders that have extreme religious beliefs and rulership.

In the west we have/had the religious mania Blair and Bush hence a destructive war policy.......Exreme or even just strong religous beliefs and war can be two sides of the same coin.
