I’VE taken a sneak peek at the new Doctor Who – and it’s the sexiest and most sophisticated season yet.

Series four – which could be David Tennant’s last full run as the Timelord – will see fans’ favourites making spectacular returns.






Billie Piper will revive assistant Rose Tyler while Freema Agyeman is back as Martha Jones.

Intrepid journo Sarah Jane Smith (Elisabeth Sladen) – who first accompanied the Doctor in 1973 – also returns.



Ood did you say was back? ... the race returns
And they’re not the only familiar faces helping to keep the Doctor safe on his most perilous missions yet.

Captain Jack (John Barrowman) makes a brief visit too.



Strange species include the return of squid-faced slave-race The Ood, plus a mysterious being.

Elsewhere, Sarah Lancashire leads an epic cast of guest stars as evil Miss Foster.

And there’s a shock in store when actress Georgia Moffett – whose real-life dad is former Doctor Who Peter Davison – claims to be the Timelord’s daughter.

The new BBC1 series begins in the spring and also features cameos by stars including Felicity Kendal, Lesley Sharp, Lindsey Coulson, and Tim McInnerny.

I just cant wait :hello: I love David Tennant, hes an amazing doctor with such charisma and wit and charm and kind of quirky in is own sort of way. I am furious that he is leaving, I really want him to continue for at least one more season beyond this one. When he does sadly leave, if they dont find the right replacement the shows ratings could really drop, plus I may not keep watching it if the new character is as bad as Sylvester Mccoy :yuk:

I was thinking the very same thing. One had to live and from that one...others shall be created and seek revenge on the Doctor. I already know the Doctor shall defeat them at the last possible moment, but sadly for the Daleks they believe otherwise, exterminate! exterminate! exterminate! love those Daleks :joker:

Theres only one problem for the Daleks. The Cybermen also wish to seek revenge on them...after their last meet. So I am sure they can fight amongst each other :joker:

Davros is set for a return. My cousin works, where they make the Doctor Who toys, and they are moulding, 12` and 5` remote controled S4 Davros.
And ive heard a rumour that Rose returns because davros has opened up the void to rescue and rebuild the Dalek race, ripping dimensions allowing her to pass over to Earth. Bring on Series 4!!!!

HERE’S a real WHO-dunnit – two top-secret scripts from the hotly awaited new Doctor Who series have been leaked to TV Biz.

And our mole didn’t even need a sonic screwdriver to get hold of the bundle, which features episodes nine and ten of the hit show.

Doctor Who bosses take security on the programme very seriously and are paranoid about show secrets getting out.

So not surprisingly, top brass hit the roof after hearing about our leak.

An insider said: “Bosses are fuming – this is the last thing they would want to happen.”

But they needn’t worry – we won’t be ruining it for the show’s 14million fans by serving up all the twists and turns of the plot.

Although that said, it would be mean of us not to give away one or two cheeky teasers . . .

Episodes nine and ten form a two-parter, which is due to be screened in early summer.

They see the Doctor and sidekick Donna Noble – played by Catherine Tate – ending up in the 51st Century in a giant library, “a whole planet of books”, that’s been abandoned for 100 years.

Sinister

Ironically the library contains many books that give away SPOILERS about people’s life stories.

ER star Alex Kingston also stars as an astronaut-cum-archaeologist called Professor River Song. The library is full of sinister things such as dead bodies, “data ghosts”, the Suit Creature and the dreaded Vashta Nerada “piranhas of the air – shadows that melt the flesh”.

In later scenes, the Doc and Donna get separated and she ends up in a mysterious hospital where she meets another Doctor – Doctor Moon.

All the while she is trying to work out what is going on and what has happened to her Doctor.

And the rest? Well, you’ll just have to wait and see.

Unless there are any more Da-leaks, of course
