I really don't think that Big Brother will get bumped since it replaced Kid Nation, The Amazing Race, & The Unit. Kid Nation & The Amazing Race don't have new versions ready yet, & Kid Nation still hasn't been renewed. The Unit has been weak for CBS, & there aren't any plans for them to come back this Spring or possibly at all. Therefore Big Brother could fall apart though because of the mighty Idol/House combo on Tuesdays & on Wednesdays the Idol/Moment of Truth combo & also Deal Or No Deal & even America's Next Top Model. So I think that people should sign the petition because it couldn't hurt anything.

I thought it was going to last 3 months as usual.

The writer's strike has ended & Big Brother is getting torn up by Idol, but still doing better then the stuff that had been there before.

I don't think it will have any consequences, BB9 is for 3 months, strike or not. Now it's over, it will be a full series like previously planned.

I do wonder how they're going to stretch out this season, seeing as there are only 8 teams.

I think that if they are going to do the full 3 months that they'll split the teams up and let them play as individuals. If they cut the season short then they'll let them continue as teams.

Either they continue as teams if the series is short or they will seperate the housemates in 4 weeks because 7 will left and they will make the jury.

Yeah but bosses of bbuk now know that if they want bb9 to work they CANT play it safe becuse it will be so dull.

I hope it does last the full 3 months. If they keep the couples as pairs it won't last much longer - and with only 3 hours a week that's not much viewing time :sad:
