dvla HELP!

I was wondering if anyone could tell me the address to send my provisional application form to at the dvla i cant find it anywhere.

I thought you sent the provisional to the DVLA in Swansea? I think that's where I sent mine but they could have changed it since.

i think there should be an address on the back of your form well that was what it was for mine
