Oooh It's not working for me either, The troubleshooting screen comes up but ultimately it does nothing.

I just saw this thread when it asked me to download a new msn...
My other one is working fine so i think i'll stay with my one lol!! x

the only time; in the past when I have experienced trouble with msn is usually (12 midnight to 1 am; or just after) I guess when the site is just too busy?

there is usually a warning anyway.
