It's a waste of money to me, it's not helping me. I would rather spend money on myself than give it to charity.

But what if you or a family member were in that position and needed help?

That came across to me as being quite selfish, even if you did donate a small amount just think that a small amount of money is going to make a big difference to people less fortunate than you.

That's nice. Thank god you're not one of those starving third world children who need everything that they get.

I am selfish, I don't care about anyone who I don't know or like.

And to think if you donated just £1 you'd be helping someone who needs as much help as they can get.
Oh well, at least you admit you're selfish...

The point is that it isn't me, you can go what if it was you all you like but it's not so I don't care. If it was me I wouldn't want people to waste their money on me they should spend it on themselves.

If it was me, I'd be humbled knowing that people are donating money to charities so that I can fight the prospects of disease and death and poverty.

Disease, poverty and death are natural, don't fight them.
If people have it that bad then maybe they should be killed to be put out their misery because their life isn't worth living.

Well my grandma had bowel cancer and i know that she was so grateful to everyone who helped her, she loved life and i dont think if she had the decision that she would of wanted to die.. x

Each to their own I suppose.
I hope you never find yourself in a position where you need help that charities can provide - I'd hate to think that my donations are going to people that are against giving to charity.

I've never been a fan of Leona but the footprints single is great, as well as the video.
I've not donated yet because I'm too boneidle to do it all but I know I will eventually.
