I was watching this video, on how to make the videos you watch on youtube, clearer, i cant be bothered lol to post the video i watched ha! but i though id share it with you lot :)

add this to the end of the video.. &fmt=18

so instead of...

you would do..

thats what i get - you cant really see from those pics but you can a little.. theres kwite a big difference for me =) x
